Low Profile Motorized Ceiling Filter Module for Cleanroom Applications MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Clean Air Products introduces Series 112 Motorized Ceiling Filter Module. Designed for use in tee bar ceiling grid systems, the lightweight (less than 47 lbs.) Series 112 features a low profile design for easy installation in applications with limited overhead space. These filter modules are available in a variety of sizes, filter efficiencies and options. They are ideally suited for Class 100,000 to Class 10 cleanrooms. The Series 112 provides average face velocity of 90 ft/min, approximately 700 total CFM. The aluminum-framed HEPA filter is 99.99 percent efficient to 0.3 microns (optional 99.999 percent filter efficiency is available). The motor and blower feature low heat load due to an efficient blower assembly, and are powered at 200 watts, 2.4 FLRA, 115V, 60 Hz, single phase. In areas where the filter modules need to be suspended, seismic threaded ports are provided for simple, quick and stable installation.
